I've been playing with lots of Batch processing utilities lately.
The Eyebatch 2 goes closed to my personal needs.
Just to get some ideas, and still using XnView as grateful as ...

Just saw that latest version added opacity in "add text".
Will download it and try.

That should be one of the points solved.
