XnView/nconvert is capable of autocropping image. I would like to split image into several essential parts like this:
1 convert image to b/w if needed
2 autocrop it (is there a way to get output of autocrop - coordinates?)
3 split and autocrop once more

During this process calculate image ...

There is nifty feature in XnView which allows to compare images.

It would be nice to:
- see difference between images
- save diffrence
- use it batch processing/command line
