Multicrop

Hello

XnView/nconvert is capable of autocropping image. I would like to split image into several essential parts like this:
1 convert image to b/w if needed
2 autocrop it (is there a way to get output of autocrop - coordinates?)
3 split and autocrop once more

During this process calculate image dimensions/coordinates to create "crop mask" and maybe apply it to original colour image.
