and thanks for the RMB+wheel zoom shortcut.. had been using ctrl+wheel.. much quicker the other way

thats too bad.. previous/next on mousewheel is an awesome workflow speedup
as for the language keyboard probs.. that bit sucks.. i suppose a custom keyboard solution for those with just plain english keyboards? lol the workflow speedup would be much better.. would be nice to make key combinations ...

make mousewheel work in browser preview pane
it doesn't work.. it should do , but mousewheel doesn't do anything but scroll up/down the thumbnails scrollbar thats ok.. but its far quicker to go through images with hand on mouse scrolling mousewheel..
so if mousewheel scrolling next/previous images could work with mouseover preview image pane ...

would be nice to be able to specify a transparency value on the show infomation background color... example: instead of full black with white text as it blocks too much of the image.. could set it to transparent black value that visually better to look at ...

yeah would be nice if xnview could speed up loading up of images.. like for me I know often use the mousewheel to skip forward and sometimes backwards on images checking differences only these files are often 3mb+ big in files size.. so the delay between new images showing on the screen adds up.. I ...

When I first open XnView with the intion of using its capturing feature the first problem I always have with it is that the first capture or even multiple captures never shows up in XnView...
Meaning I select the capture options say
-Active Window
-Hot Key - F10
-Open in XnView

Background Thumbnail caching
Well i like browsing through image folders, but the problem I have with it is that I have and get lot of high resolution images.. avg 2mb+ per image for just jpg files, and so the time it takes to go through these images takes a while as its also generating the thumbnails.

tbh I can't remember the exact reason why I setup it like this now.. it just is :)
but the reason for wanting the option is because even if I have that option turned disable it still displays on the primary monitor, and if I turn the option on to have it display full screen on a secondary monitor ...

"Use fullscreen on first monitor for previewing"

example:
Browser mode.. double click picture.. picture opens in fullscreen mode at 24% of original(in high quality filtering) but soon as I ctrl+mousewheel to zoom into/out of the image, no filtering is applied.
