RC3: Viewing from Browser doesn't work

Not sure what I did wrong (= changed in the options) but suddenly when I press Enter (or double-click) on a picture in the Browser it isn't displayed. It almost seems as if the view window was created but totally transparent because: a) I can't click anywhere b) when I press Esc or Enter the Browser...

I personally would vote for totally customizable shortcuts, but I assume this has already been requested. As for my personal favorites, I am used to ACDSee's Num/ and Num* handling, which is exactly the other way round than XnView. Also a shortcut for Losslessly JPEG rotate according to EXIF would b...

I have "c:\Programy\XnView\xnview.exe" as one of the icons in Total Commander's Button Bar. The Start Path for XnView's entry is empty. Now, when I click that icon XnView is started and I always land in the last used directory, even though I have defined I want to land in the current dir. Example: U...

[OK] RC1: Flickering button bar

The images in the "navigation bar" to the left of the path field flicker when mouse cursor is over them. See sample movie at http://rapidshare.de/files/1825009/flic ... r.zip.html . Similar effect can be seen by pressing Ctrl-Shift-T twice.

[OK] RC1: Startup Directory - Current still doesn't work

This is an old bug but I thought I'd mention it. Options - Browser - Startup Directory - Current doesn't work but behaves as Last used instead.

RC1: BMF files

The BMF_read.dll library doesn't seem to be used anymore to read BMF files. XnView doesn't recognize these files even though the file is in the Plugins folder and I have Tools - Options - General - Startup - Use all formats available checked.

[OK] RC1: Shortcuts for "View as" modes

What happened to shortcuts F8 - F11? F8 used to switch to thumbnail view, etc. Now F9 cycles these modes :?:

This would make things a bit clearer, but I still wonder what the benefit of all the non-square image formats is (see question above).
The majority of the images is shot as a landscape. Also, there is no real advantage for portrait pictures in having 96x96 thumbs instead of 128x96 thumbs.
