i don't think so. and you know that it is easier (for the user of course) just to press a single key than reburn every cd/dvd with pictures that are not rotated the way he/she likes them to be.

i'd like to see a feature which will lock the rotation angle for other files.
why?
on a folder (on a cdrom), i have several images, which are not rotated the way i like to.
for now, i have to rotate every image, to fit my rotation-pleasure :-)

if xnview is thumbnailing all images in a folder,
and
the user is scrolling throgh the pictures, then, if scrolling to some files, which are not already thumbnailed, xnview will generate the thumbnails in view, then continuing with generating the rest. very ...

xnview discards all changes the user made without telling the user that it will do so.
steps to reproduce:
open a file, select some area in the picture to crop that ( shift+x )
on the cropped image, press ESC .
xnview now (if not choosed before: never ask again ...

if the filename already exists, xnview gives an info, but then the rename-dialogue is closed and the user has to type the name again, if he wants to rename the file (now, he knows, that he must type another name, but has to type it again ...

No, deleting photos during the slideshow is dangerous (especialy with childrens or novices PC users near the keyboard/screen) then it is not realy a good idea.
