Batch Processing and Replace color

Replace color tool in Batch Processing doesn't work with true colour images. Oddly when trying to replace color on true colour image, only colours on the first pixel "column" from left are replaced.

Example:

Replacing the white coulour on this pic with (always so lovely) magenta colour. -->

Is this bug or limitation?

It works here too.

I don't know why it didn't work before (maybe I accidentally used the release version), but it sure works now. Sorry.
