managing metadata is not clear enough

Suggestion

• add high level read/write options for metadata
  on high level - what to do
  on low level (at individual tabs) - how to do
  
  • existing Metadata tab
    - rename tab → IPTS & XMP
    - add Face tag group
    so it doesn't feel lonely as the only metadata type w/o a group
  • Sidecar tab
    - move 'Update or create XMP Sidecar' to new tab

• add Read order
  since there are multiple sources to read, explicit order could be useful
  - maybe add some message that there are some conflict data between different sources
