Not, cause embed thumbnails are very ugly especially after resizing for required size. But I never met raw-files with embed thumbnails.

For RAW, you can use embedded thumbnail flag and the embedded picture will be loaded...

Yes, buy faster hard disk drive, moreover I suggest RAID-0 using.

for w7 for example there is a codec to have the raw thumbnails in exlorer

for xp there is nothing updated

could possibly to have a shell integration to have raw thumbnails in explorer ? like 1d mark IV or 7d raw files?
it would be great have a option to use the embeded image inside the raw ,yes i know they are ugly but it perform a lot more faster

Fixed since version 2.0.0.2.

Hmm, as of 2.0.0.2 (x64), XCF files which don't have a fixed 1:1 aspect ratio create stretched thumbnails in explorer, though display properly within the context menu extension.

They also appear solid black when first-created/updated - one has to navigate away from the folder then back to get the new thumbnails.

Neither of these problems occurred in 2.0.0.1

Hi, Nik, the best project . Just some feedback about the new version. There is some problem in refreshing the thumbnails. Check that screen:

This occurs when refreshing the window, or just get back to that folder(the loading bar is completed). It happens pretty often.

The checkbox options for PDF is flagged

I have Acrobat Reader X installed
