CUT not working

using 0.93.1

control+X / cut doesnt do its function, instead it just copies the file or folder

i can't reproduce, 'Ctrl+X' always move the file

it seems random, but using keyboard ctrl+x then ctrl+v offently doesn't move but copies files instead
seems that running xnviewmp as administrator solves the problem, didn't have the issua for a while

will report back if it happens again
