1.7.2 - viewer - single instance - issue opening multiple files

Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

issue with opening several files in single instance mode

To reproduce:
0. run app with default settings
1. goto Settings > General > General tab
- ☑ Allow only one instance
- Save session on program exit - Never
- press OK
2. close app
3. select 3 files in win file explorer and press Enter
sometimes only 1 or 2 images are opened (repeat steps 2,3 to reproduce)

expected behviour
all selected files should be opened as tabs

also make sure it works correctly with "Save session on program exit - Always"

enabling it has no effect - issue remains the same (repeat steps ~10-20 times)

do you reproduce the problem by drag&drop 3 files on XnView's icon?

no issue when files drag&droped on xnviewmp.exe - it always opens all 3 files in 3 tabs
