1.4.4 - browser - fulscreen - F12 does not open Settings

XnViewMP 1.4.4 64bit
Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Browser - fullscreen
F12 does not open Settings from Fullscreen mode that has been run from Browser mode

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. goto Browser mode
- select any image
- press F11 to open it in Fullscreen
3. press F12 to open Settings
nothing happens
