Moving selected rectangle

Hello, can anyone tell me how can I move a selected rectangle after selection? Dragging the rectangle with mouse doesn't work. I can't find any option in program menu :(

Do you want to move the selection or the selected area of the image?

Currently (XnView <=1.68) you can neither move the selection nor the selected area.
