FLV file thumbs

I recently updated to XnView 1.98.5, and I can no longer see some AVI thumbnails and none of my FLV thumbnails.

Is there a way to fix this?

Since which version? Nothing has changed...

Then I am thoroughly confused, because prior to XnView 1.98.5 I never had any issues with FLV thumbnails. Since XnView 1.98.5, however, I can't see them at all. I even have K-Lites Mega codec pack installed to the latest version as well, but no joy.

I do not know if it can be useful for everybody, My system is Windows 7 64bit

I have installed k-lite codec pack("K-Lite_Codec_Pack_64bit_590.exe" and "K-Lite_Codec_Pack_840_Mega.exe")
I settings flv filter, now windows explorer to be able to generate thumbs of flv video and more (avi, mp4, mov)

I'm use XnViewMP Version 0.39 (Sep 2 2011) and It's Work (but not have a integrate palyer, so I like more XnView )

For integrate player, I'm use XnView 1.97.4 (XnView-win-small.exe) and it's work
I testing Xnview 1.97.8 (XnView-win.exe) and Flash video don't generate thumbs
I testing Xnview 1.98.8 (XnView-win.exe) and Flash video don't generate thumbs

Hi,

i had the same problem. I tried the previous versions and finally version 1.97.4 works for me.
I use k-lite full 8.6.

I've had the exact same problem since 1.98 and above.
I just installed 1.97.4 & everything is back to normal.
Although I've always had K-Lite Mega pack I've never had
to do any configuring.Just seems to me to be a bug.
Thanks Pierre Xnview has been my primary image software
for 10 + years.
