custom filters crashes MP

i was posted this bug previously with earlier versions of MP

when custom filters are enabled MP crash every time when i try to open folder with non image files
in some cases it crash in 100% (3ds files) and from time to time (max and dwg files)
i'm absolutely sure that it is because of custom filters because when it turned off - no any problems

windows7*64 sp1

unlucky me - now i cannot start MP at all because on startup it opens folder with files which caused crash. so i had to rename it to run MP

I can't reproduce. Could you send me the settings used for custom filter? And a folder to reproduce?
