BUG - saved selection

Save a custom selection with width 480 x height 720.

Load saved selection -- the selected area will be 720 x 480 (width/height transposed).

This bug has existed for a very, very ,very long time.
A simple way around it is to hit "tab", that rotates the selection box 90 degrees.

I'm not able to reproduce it in 1.99.1, do you have it always?

I'm currently using 1.99.1. I have noticed an oddity with this, the selection wants to always be vertical.
If I make a horizontal selection and save it, then use C to use it again, it becomes vertical. However, if I save a vertical selection and the use C to use it again, it will come back as a vertical selection. This happens with both the custom size and custom ratio tools.
