0.48: unable to one click zoom and move

Hi,

I set my left button behavior to "move picture", so I can zoom a picture to 100% and move it with a simple click and hold.
But now I cannot do it after updated to 0.48.

Another related bug: In 0.39, the one click zoom and move is also unusable after a crop was performed, even though the picture was saved and moved to the next picture. The only solution is to close the viewer tab and open a new one.

Fix please!
