Dear XnView experts. I use XnView since a short time as a standard viewer for image files.
However, now a problem occured: I have dozens of folders which have cyrillics or other letters. Files within those folders - though named as the standard camera jpegs P1045xx etc. won't open at all with XnView.
My system is Windows 7 64bit, system language is German.
The same problem I have on another computer where the system language is Russian. There I can't open folders which have a "German" name with German "umlauts" such as ä,ö,ü.
I would like to use on the same computer and same system all my files of course, without having to think each time how to name a folder, German or Russian or ...
Is this possible with XnView, and what would I have to change?
Yours,
Aleks.
