when closed using an external drive, crash if drive absent

Post by Markorki »

Hello,
(on MP-0.39 , Ubuntu 10.04-LTS)
I use to store my archives on external drives, and XnView is configured to start pointing to the last used folder.
If XnView-MP (0.39) has been closed with the explorer tab pointing to an external drive, XnView-MP crashes as soon as launched if the drive is absent or not mounted.

I think it should start from a default folder ( / ??) if last used one is not available.

Workaround :
- mount the last used drive (if you remember which one it was and if you've got it around).
- edit $HOME/.xnviewmp/xnview.ini ??? But I'm not sure I want to do so .
Dommage, l'était sympa cette planète ;-(
