They refer to older xnviewmp versions, but the problem looks the same here.
In my case black horizontal and vertical black lines viewing 3200x1800 game screenshots at 1920x1200 full screen.

OT: Has adding attachments been disabled? I would have high-compressed the .jpg's to get below 256 KB for the full post. Would have looked ugly, but good enough to see the bug.
