0.50 Linux 32bit (Opensuse12.1) LENSID Problem

META:LensID brings no results.
Did'nt find a workaround as EXIF:Short Focal or EXIF:Long Focal or others dont work either.
I know, that with Properties you have results, but not with the INFORMATION feature.
Kamera: Canon 5dMII diverse optics.
