I have just installed the Linux version of XnView on my Ubuntu 10.04 LTS system. This version is much better than the one I had tried a year or two earlier!
My Question: In Windows I have my browser's thumbnails in a vertical pane below the File tree view, and the preview pane in on the right of them. So far I have only been able to get the tree view on the left vertical pane, but the thumbnails are horizontal at the bottom. The preview Pane is on the right and above the thumbnails. When I close XnView, even though I have saved the layout as "A", when I reopen XnView, it always has the horizontal thumbnail pane taking up half the screen, while the tree view is above on the left and the preview pane is to the right. Is there any way I can get the thumbnail pane vertical, below the tree view and stay put?
