Header/Footer Placement on Contact Sheet Print

Thank you for a great program.
I am using this to generate a contact sheet printout.
The contact sheet has 8 photos in a 2x4 (columns/rows) layout, with filename and a text comment line located below each photo.

When I enable header and footer, the header is displayed immediately right above the top 2 images.
How do I get some white space between header line and top of the first 2 images.

My footer is printed overlapping the text comment line at bottom of page.
Again, how do I insert some white space or lines between the text comments for the bottom 2 photos so that my footer text is not overlapping with the text line?

Can I insert <CR><LF> control codes into my header text to "force" a white line on the page?
