SVG support in XnViewMP

Post by Garamont »

Hi, I've got the newest version 0.51 beta on Win7 64bit.
I noticed some strange things with SVG images (Scalable Vector Graphics, an open format, used by Wikipedia and others).

If you have a SVG file in a folder, it won't show up in the file browser.
If you drag'n'drop a SVG onto XnViewMP's window, it will display the file just right -- but only for a short while, before it goes on to show the next file in the directory.

Can anyone confirm this?

I know the not-MP-xnview needs a plugin for SVG. I have it installed, it's an evaluation version only, but not good enough for me to buy it... MP seems to display SVGs very nicely, much better than the plugin -- as far as I can tell in the short moment that I can see an SVG with MP ;)
