Planned Support for Layers/Batch Layering?

Hi,

Does your program support layers and batch layering operations? Let's say I have two folders with different iterations of the exact same image (using the same file name for both, etc) and want to combine them into one multi-layer, with percent-layering available, in order to get the most appropriate composite image. Is this possible?
