Paint request: Pixel/Mosaic Smudging

Hi,

I would like the ability to be able to draw a smudge on an image in the Paint tool (mouse cursor drawing not pre-selection). Along with the ability to set a smudge 'strength' control.

However for me here, it won't just be an ordinary smudge, INSTEAD, I wish for the ability (if possible) to be able to smudge distort an area of a picture using same pixels/mosaic effect in real-time drawing:

I've never seen it in an editor before, so if possible it would add some uniqueness to XnView's 'Paint' application

An Android app called PicSay supports drawing pixels on a picture...I will post some screenshots of this on PicSay later. If future XnView MP could implement this, then I would like a brush/cursor size selection option too, perhaps all this could be in form of own toolbar mode.
