File associations for non administrator account

If XnView is running a standard (non administrator) user account and you set system associations XnView attempts to write to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE which ultimately fails. Interestingly there's no indication that it failed.

7zip recently added support for setting up file associations for CURRENT_USER and/or LOCAL_MACHINE.

I hope in the future XnView will have this option too, or at least issue warning when a file association fails.

Work around: "Run as adminstrator" then set the file associations.
