Under windows it is possible to import pictures to XnView via clipboards.
Under some conditions the clipboard import does not work correctly, perhaps someone knows why?
* Clipboards seems to forget transparency in GIF or PNG pictures. Transparent color is replaced by black. Is it possible to choose a different color (in most cases white would be better)?
* Pictures from Libreoffice shrink in horizontal direction, perhaps Xnview miss the correct size. Is there a way to tell Xnview which pixel size should be chosen?
Thanks in advance!
Richard

This is what I said.Sprintdriver wrote:WIndows clipboard does not support transparent images.
Might I repeat my questions?
* Is it possible to tell xnview which color to choose for background color?
* Is it possible to tell xnview the size of a picture if this information is missing in clipboard?
Thanks for your efforts, I'm afraid there is no solution.

Re: Clipboard import
Hi again.
No I cannot see that XnView have that option - or at least a proper way of selecting transparent color on true color images.
Topic have being discussed before in this old thread.
