XnView has the ability to view Photoshop PSD files with the individual layers
and I discovered you can also view the .abr brush files.
It would be very useful to be able to view Photoshop Custom Shapes .csh files
and also Photoshop Patterns .PAT files - considering XnView already views pattern files from Gimp, Corel Draw and Pain Shop
