1.99.1 Win7pro -after changing privileges it will not open

Hello .

after installation and downsizing the privileges from administrator to restricted user, XnV is only a button in the taskbar. I need admin rights to open it. Changing the rights to access the XnV directory to "WRITE" does not help.

Any hints or suggestions?
