0.51: Issues scroll bar, resizing, clicking...

Hi XnViewMP dev Team/Guy,
1st of all, congratulations for the new version (MP) and its improvements.
2nd I'd like to report that I'm using Wacom tablet Cintiq 12wx, and the clicks or hold on the scroll bars are so terrible also the resize docked windows (e.g increase with on folders tab/window on the right edge). The cursor changes to <-||->, but I don't get to drag it.
3rd idem getting hard time for single click to select Folders, Favorites or Categories.

The up/down dragging movements for docked windows seems to be ok on the bottom, and when "folder", "favorites" or "categories"are docked on the bottom, but in the middle position, you get to resize the right side, but when on the left or right sides you don't get to resize the right size, also when they are on the left or on the right columns of the central windown (E.g. between details/thumbnails/files/list).

Not sure if folks with mouse are facing the same issue.

I've tested with XnVMP64b and 32b, both have same issue.

In my case, I have noticed that a lot of icons in the main interface need two clicks instead of just one, for example:
- Settings, sort, thumbnails, all dropdown lists, and etc.

Just found another weird thing:

By alternating applications, I get to use the single click, just once.
So click out the XnVMP or ALT+TAB to go to another application and come back to the XnVMP it works the single click on the Settings, sort, thumbnails, all dropdown lists, and etc. But as I said, just once. To get to work again need to alternate again.
