Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Add files button.
2. Navigate to folder and select multiple HD Photo/JPEG XR images.
3. Click Open.
Happens while opening files for input, and while converting files, once for every file. Would have attached file that triggers the problem, but forum does not allow either WDP (extension blocked) or ZIP (1.1MB is "too large" for some reason).
