In menu "Edit" of Browser there's no menu item "New Folder", think that's what Dreamer means.

A minor, related issue:
The F7 hotkey for "New folder" in folder tree and file list, so it should be listed as short cut in the appropriate menu items.

shouldn't it be in the file menu, to match explorer?

Right. But then you would have to move Delete, Rename, and some other menu items, too, which would make the "File" menu very full.

This will need more investigation and discussion, I think. -> I'd like to postpone this.
