1.99: Tooltip shown too quickly in browser

In the XnView browser, when moving the mouse around over thumbnails the tooltip shows up for an instant and then hides, again.

The tooltip should only appear when resting the mouse an image for a short while.

Note: This problem can be reproduced with XnView 1.99, but also with older versions, e.g. 1.98.

Strange, i use standard listview, and it's not me that control tooltips...
