Hi,
I started using XnView MP 0.51, because it is one of the few programs that can handle raw files, run on Linux, and are not database centric.
I miss, however, one feature: To use the embedded JPEG even for the full size view. I guess the embedded JPEG in my raw files (Panasonic GF3) is large enough because other programs can show it filling my screen. I also found the option to change the behavior for the thumbnails. But is there any way to change the behavior for the full-sized view?
I want to use XnView only for browsing my image collection and do the post-processing in a dedicated raw processor. Therefore using the embedded JPEG would save me some time that I now have to wait for the program to convert the next image when browsing through them.
Many thanks,
Thomas
Possible to use embedded JPEG for full size view?
