Problem using special chars in folder names.

Hello,

Just want to mention that XnView do not recognize correctly the folders containing special chars like "á", widely used in other languages like Spanish.

I configured XnView to open in full screen and then I use the mouse weel to navigate through the different pictures in the same folder.
I works fine in most cases but as soon as open a file in a folder called for instance "Carátulas" the image will open correctly but the mouse weel won't change the image. As soon as you rename the folder to "Caratulas" the problem will be gone.
