RC5: Tip dialog shows up always

In the tip dialog, when activating "Do not show this message, again", the tip dialog will still be shown at next startup (bug). When deactivating it for a second time, it is not shown at next startups anymore (correct).

The IMPORTANT tip is shown, and after normal tip dialog...

This does not make sense to me. All tips can be more or less important and should have same behaviour.

I thought it was just the same tip, so I found it unusual to disable it twice.
