REQ: Associations sorted by Extension

Currently, associations (Options, category 'Associations') are sorted by Format name. Think most users open this dialog and want associate a specific file extension with XnView. So I think 'View as extension" should be default.

Perhaps the position of the two options could be swapped. (Very minor issue).

Yes, for consistency reasons. Also, in the "Save as" dialog when opening the drop downlist "Filetype" the file types are sorted by extension. So I think sorting them in the options by extension makes sense.

Note:
I guess the change in "File tpyes" is a bit harder to implement, might be postponed.
