Thumbnail does not reflect jpg

Version 1.99.5 Portable
Win7 64 pro

Photo edited in other software. Used Xnview to rebuild thumbnail. Thumbnail still shows image before crop and rotation. Rebuild does not work.
This is not a cache problem since cache is disabled after F5 refresh the thumbnail is still the same.

Sorry looks like photobucket cleaned up the thumbnail.

Ok, this one has a bad embedded thumbnail. If i use Edit>Metadata>Recreate EXIF thumbnail, it works after...
