[Req]allow text to rotate from 0 to 359 degrees

Very good software, powerful and easy to use.
I suggest changing the degrees of text rotation from 0-99 degrees to 0-359 degrees. This can make the text tool suitable for text watermark which needs the text to be able to rotate to any degree possible.

A good suggestion, digitizer0. Rotating should support angles (values) from -180 counterclockwise to +180 clockwise. Just like the action "Image > Rotate".
