XnView v1.99.6 context menu is not working? Bug?

XnView v1.99.6 Complete version (Some Plugins/Addons & NConvert, ShellEx, Media Detector), just install this,
it would appear, even after configuration setup, and re-check it still, when I click on a jpg file, there is no xnview contextual menu's at all,
nothing expect open with: there a listing for Xnview, and send to: there a listing for Xnview.

So, what happen to the image thumbnail display inside windows 7 contextual menu when you right click on a jpg ?
perhaps a bug ? or did I miss something...

Oh, it would also appear that setting Add "Browse with Xnview" to Context Menu, Does not stay check.

Running Windows 7 64 bit, using windows classic desktop theme.( xp )

I guess with "context menu" you mean the XnView shell extension that allows for displaying thumbnails when right-clicking on a file in Windows Explorer.

My guess is that for some reason the installation failed. Most likely the reason is missing rights for registering the shell extension. Could you please try and uninstall XnView and reinstall it with administrator rights?

Thanks for the quick reply, Um, yes I have install it with Admin Rights, twice. still nothing,
in-fact, I have SageThumbs, running just fine... but not Xnview, can you please tell what I missed when install the application,
if I did install the whole application as stated...

Hmm, if admin rights did not help I'm at a loss. I guess it needs Pierre's help to solve this.

you need to install the XnView Shell Extension for 64bits
