0.53 win-x86: Side scroll bug withn Properties dialog

Hi,

There is a small GUI bug of a auto side scroll that happens when clicking on any entry within the "Properties" dialog in view mode.

This side scroll bug was previously fixed for the toolbar editor many versions ago here: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=19744

Yes correct but it's not nice. Is this how you prefer it to be or could you remove it from happening?

If you prefer it then could you consider adding an Ini Tweak option to remove it?
