Fantasy bug on Mac ???

Fantasy bug on Mac ???
I am trying to use the Fantasy feature on JPG files on an iMac. I get a convert error each time - and not sure how to get past this - It did work once - but not since then. IS there any place I can look at documentation - looks like a great program
