feature request: timezone value

Hello,

I have a feature request for XnViewMP version 0.53.

Nowadays pictures a taken all over the world: during holiday or on business trips and date and time are stored inside EXIF metadata.
But EXIF metadata cannot store the timezone of the place where a picture is taken.

So please enhance XnViewMP and allow to store a timezone value inside the date/time tags of XMP-metadata.
It should be possible to enter e.g. the following date/time: 2013:05:30 18:04:00+06:00
