xnview Picture-Rating not in Windows-Explorer

Hi,
I always use the stars to rate my Picture, so I can quickly filter the best for further purposes.
But Data-Operations are easier with Windows-Explorer or some File-Commanders, where I set a column with the ratings.
Unfortunately the Ratings in xnview are somehow different. These are not visible in Windows.

Do you have an idea, how to use the xnview-Rating in Windows?

Rating is only stored in database, XnViewMP can use rating stored in metadata of the file
