Halo.
The currently available:
"Fit image to window, large only" makes a very long but narrow image hard to see/read.
"Fit image to windows width" is not good for small images display.
So, do you think I need "Fit image to window width, large only" ?
If yes, please consider this as my request.
Thank you.
0.60: Can we have "Fit image to window Width, Large Only" ?

Also, perhaps for the ones with panoramas we should have "Fit image to window height, large only"?

...but perhaps is too complicated?
...or perhaps is better to reorganize the menus (I think that's better also for the programmer):
Code: Select all
Zoom
Fit to...
(*) Window
Window Height
Window Width
Condition
(*) All Images
Small images only
Large Images only

Halo, m.Th.
I like your idea about organizing the possible options:
-----
Zoom
Fit to...
(*) Window
Window Height
Window Width
Condition
(*) All Images
Small images only <----
Large Images only
-----
It is good for general/basic setting. However, if we talk about button (command) then the combination of certain conditions must be in the single button/command.
I think, it is not simple to use if the list you suggest appears as a dropdown menu on a toolbar because we will need to click up to 3 times; e.g. the zoom menu, one of "Fit to), then one of "condition".
Also, do you think the condition "small images only" is necessary ? They are already fit in the displayable area.
Currently, we have these:
Fit image to window
Fit image to window height
Fit image to window width
Fit image to window width or height
Fit image to window large only
Fit image to window small only
It would be complete if we have these too:
Fit image to window height, large only
Fit image to window width, large only <---- I need this.
Thanks.
