0.60 Win8/64: Unnecessary thumbs regeneration

... at least, I think that is what is going on.

To reproduce:
  • 1. Collect some large images in a test folder. By large, I mean VERY large (200Mb each, for instance).
    2. Use the MP browser to navigate to the folder.
    3. Now, resize the thumbs to a very large size using the slider in the browser.
    4. Observe the status bar as...
    5. ...XnView recreates the thumbs, but at the stored (default) size (the thumbs remain blurry).
I think this is what is happening because it takes a long time for the status bar to complete to 100%.

Of course the thumbnails remain blurry, but there is no reason to rebuild them at the lower resolution. They are already in the database.

You have already created the thumbnails with a high size??
Which thumbnail size do you use for db?

Well, I went to make screenshots of the problem and it no longer occurs. :shock:

Perhaps a red herring.
