Re: Bug in settings for xnview ini
I've just tried changing the same settings as alter4 and XnView MP 0.53 crashed.
Settings:
Menu "Tools > Settings" | category "Integration" | tab "Settings"
I've deleted (renamed) my XnView.ini and changed "Use .ini in folder: Program (XnView)", again. --> No crash
Then, I've exited XnView, restarted it and changed "Use .ini in folder: User". --> Crash
Reproduced on Windows XP SP3.
Settings:
Menu "Tools > Settings" | category "Integration" | tab "Settings"
- Use .ini in folder: Program (XnView)
- Folder for Database (.db): Program (XnView)
I've deleted (renamed) my XnView.ini and changed "Use .ini in folder: Program (XnView)", again. --> No crash
Then, I've exited XnView, restarted it and changed "Use .ini in folder: User". --> Crash
Reproduced on Windows XP SP3.

Re: 0.53: Bug in settings for xnview.ini
I have the same problem with Version 0.60 on Windows7 x64 with all updates installed. I tried the 32bit and 64bit Version. I change the Theme color, start again and I get the default theme. Then I want to change the path of where XnView MP saves the settings, as soon as I close the dialog, it crashes. Ha, Ok, I finally found something, when I change all locations to the User path, it seems to work. I am working on my computer with an account without Admin rights.

It is only working with the 32bit Version, 64 still crashes when changing the location of the user settings.

It is only working with the 32bit Version, 64 still crashes when changing the location of the user settings.

1. When "Program Folder" is the default location it was Program Folder.
2. Right, it happens when I close the dialog box

I used the setup version, but the rest I cant remember. I guess everything else was default during the installation.
