Opening .PCD files at different resolution levels

I have several old Kodak Photo Discs and they have each image stored in a .PCD file which contains multiple resolution levels of the same image in each file. When I use XnView to open the files I am only able to view the smallest resolution. Is there a way to have XnView open any of the other resolutions contained in the original files? I am using a Mac running OSX 10.5.8.

Thank you, do you know where I can get that plug-in? I will have to open them on my PC and move them to the Mac...I'll live through the extra steps.
