XnView extended: why does full installation not include ..

.. XnView Shell Extension, Media Detector, OpenEXR plugin, LuraWave JPEG-2000 plugin?

Naturally that makes me worry activating these XTs & plugins ..

XnShell, Media Detector are included, OpenJPEG2000 is included instead of lurawave

yes sorry, I was using inaccurate verbiage, my bad .. I meant not activated = option fields unchecked by default for these items even if "Full Installation" is chosen in installation options.
